Demolition (Site Clearance)

The demolition section provides a professional service including consultation with client departments to plan and formulate demolition projects. This section complies with the authorities standing orders when progressing through the tendering process. This process includes compiling contract documentation, awarding contracts and supervising demolition projects though to completion.

The demolition section coordinates security and emergency works, prior to, and following demolition, making every effort to minimise disruption to people or properties that may be affected by the works.

The construction phase consists of the demolition and site clearance of domestic dwellings and commercial premises. These areas are then released for housing and other redevelopment for the benefit of the local community.
