Represent your community at Area Forums

Each Area Forum has representation from many different forum partners, including the Council, Merseyside Police, Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service, Wirral University Hospital Trust and NHS Wirral.

Two of those forum partner places are reserved for local community representatives.

Area Forum community representatives ideally live in the forum area and have effective ways of gathering the views of local people and feeding back information to their community.

Representatives will be expected to attend three Area Forum meetings a year and play an active role by raising questions, taking part in discussions and expressing views and opinions.

It is also an opportunity to take an active role in how funding is spent in the area forum area through the allocation of Funds For You.
