Performance reports for 2010 - 2011

In 2010 - 2011 Wirral Council's Cabinet considered regular reports about how the Council was performing and delivering against the five strategic objectives set out in the 2010-11 update of the 2008-11 Corporate Plan. These ‘Quarterly Reports’ gave an overview of performance, finance and risk monitoring.

The reports were made available to all Cabinet members two weeks after the end of each quarter, and a presentation was given to the next Cabinet meeting.
