Current performance

Wirral Council's Cabinet considers regular reports about how the Council is performing and delivering against the objectives within the four key themes set out in the 2011 - 2014 version of the Corporate Plan. These Quarterly Reports give an overview of performance, finance and risk monitoring.

The reports are made available to all Cabinet members two weeks after the end of each quarter, and a presentation is then given to the next Cabinet meeting.
