Annual Governance Reports

The Council's External Auditors, the Audit Commission, are required to give an opinion on whether the financial statements present fairly the financial position of the Council and its income and expenditure for the year.

This report also concludes on whether they are satisfied that the Council has proper arrangements in place for securing economy, efficiency and effectiveness in the use of resources.
