Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA)
Wirral's Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) is a process that helps us understand and describe the health, care and wellbeing needs of people in Wirral, both now and in the future. It is produced jointly between NHS Wirral and Wirral Council.
On the JSNA website you can view health and demographic profiles for the neighbourhood or ward where you live.
Regular updates are published on the JSNA website as new information and data is available. We also provide a regular JSNA Bulletin that keeps colleagues and residents up to date with latest developments and opportunities. If you would like to receive this bulletin then please email: subscribeJSNA@wirral.nhs.uk with your contact details.
The Wirral JSNA can be downloaded, in a variety of formats, split into manageable chunks by topic. The data is also available via Instant Atlas, an interactive data and mapping tool. Instant Atlas enables you to interactively compare Wirral’s performance on various topics reported in the JSNA to the rest of England at a glance.
To find out more about the JSNA contact us on 0151 651 0011 or via the Wirral JSNA website.
