The first phase of reviewing and updating the Wirral Safeguarding Procedures has been completed and they are now available from a new website which you can access by clicking the link below.

This will take you to the welcome page. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with how to access the procedures by clicking the Quick Guide button on the left hand side of the screen.
You can access all the procedures by clicking the contents button on the left hand side of the screen.
You will notice that there are few procedures that will be available in Phase 2 which we expect to have completed by March 2012. The procedures that are still under review will be available on the Wirral LSCB policies and procedures web page.
You can also access information about safeguarding training through the Wirral Council website.
If you would like to have a quick link to the website on your desktop, click file, then send, then shortcut to desktop. An icon will then appear on your desktop.
There is also a facility for you to receive email alerts for any updates to the procedures. Please complete the form by clicking the contact us button.
