- Non delivery of goods
- Poor and unfinished building work
- Credit transactions
- Misleading prices
- Doorstep callers
- Internet purchases
- Guarantees and warranties
- Junk mail and telesales
You can contact The Citizens Advice consumer service on 08454 04 05 06. Calls are charged at the local rate. Enquiries can also be made via their website.
The Citizens Advice consumer service will refer your enquiry to
Wirral Council if the matter remains unresolved and requires our intervention or investigation.
Once your complaint has been referred, our experienced Fair
Trading Team are able to help you, through legal advice and mediation with the business.
A Consumer support pack containing legal advice and draft letters, is available for you to download.
We can also help you take action through the Small Claims procedure at the County Court if necessary.
