Performing animals licensing

Wirral Council does not normally allow animals to be used in any circuses or other performance situations on its land or in its premises.

Anyone that wishes to exhibit or train an animal, which is for exhibition at any form of entertainment to which the public are admitted, must register with the Council.

An example would be rabbits appearing in a magic show or animals used for advertising, shows and displays.

When you apply, you will be entered onto a register, which is kept at Wallasey Town Hall, and provide you with a certificate to show that you are registered.
