The Central Advice and Duty Team offers advice or referral for anyone who:

  • Has a physical or learning disability
  • Is experiencing mental health distress 
  • Is caring for a child with disabilities or difficulties 
  • Is elderly and losing their independence 
  • Is experiencing difficulties due to sight or hearing loss 
  • Looks after someone 
  • Has concerns about a child or adult (they can report anonymously)

An emergency duty team provides out of hours cover at all other times including weekends and Bank Holidays. Telephone (0151) 677 6557.
