Our Customer Service advisors are trained to deal with a wide range of phone enquiries covering benefits, Council Tax, bin collections and other general information.
We will try to resolve enquiries within one call wherever possible. We will also use a recording system to record the telephone calls made to, or from the Call Centre. This will help us to monitor the quality of the service we provide.
