Report benefit fraud

Please contact us if you know of anyone who is claiming:

• benefit and using a name you know to be false
• benefit in more than one name
• benefit for more than one address
• income support or Job Seeker’s Allowance and working full-time
• Employment and Support Allowance and working full-time.

Please contact us if you know of:

• a landlord or letting agent who is getting housing benefit payments for tenants who don't live in the property
• a landlord or letting agent who has approached tenants about claiming housing benefit illegally.

You can be assured you have the right to remain anonymous and that all the information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence.
