We want to make sure all residents claim their full welfare benefits entitlement. Each year millions of pounds of benefits go unclaimed.

Our Customer Services staff can advise you on what you might be entitled to. They can also help you to make a claim or put you in touch with other organisations that may be able to help.

Our Welfare Rights Service can offer free independent, expert advice on all benefit and tax credit problems. They also specialise in representation at appeal tribunals.
