It is quick and easy to register to manage your Housing Benefit online with 'My Account'. You will need your Housing Benefit reference number which can be found on your entitlement letter.
You will be able to access:

- Housing Benefit award details
- Council Tax Support award details
- next payment and previous payment details
- any outstanding invoices
Landlords
If your tenants’ Housing Benefit is paid directly to you, you can register to access the payment details online. You will need your Landlord Creditor reference number to register.
You will be able to access:
- authorised claim list
- claim summary screen for your tenant
- Housing Benefit awards
- next payment and previous payment details
