Completed application forms, relevant original documents and fee* can be taken to any Council One Stop Shop.

*cash payment facilities are only offered at Conway One Stop Shop.

Once you have all the necessary documentation you can make an appointment with the Licensing Section. You can do this by calling the Licensing Section on 0151 691 8043 or by visiting any Council One Stop Shop.

We have excellent links with the taxi trade and hold regular meetings of the Joint Consultative Committee to discuss topical issues highlight new initiatives and share information.
