Existing Residents' Parking Schemes
The council operates a number of residents' parking schemes.These schemes allow residents with a permit preference to park in their street. However, it does not guarantee a parking space and does not guarantee a space outside your own property. Permits are free of charge and are available only to those who live in the street.
There is also a Visitors Parking Scheme (only available in Liscard). Residents can obtain a Visitor Permit free (1 per household), however there is a charge of £35.00 for replacement if lost. Tranmere Rovers Residents Association manages and operates it’s own visitor permit scheme. These are renewed each year.
