Parking Fines
Please note that the Council does not issue fines, it issues Penalty Charge Notices for contraventions of parking legislations.
Enforcement of parking is undertaken by the Council and its appointed
contractor, under powers invoked by the Traffic Management Act 2004. The
Council has adopted policies on enforcement, parking appeals and observation
periods which can all be viewed via the links below.
Motorists who have been issued with a Penalty Charge Notice may appeal at a
