Welcome To Wirral

Children's Fund and On Track

Children's Fund and On Track develop and support services for children and young people (4-13) who may be vulnerable, disadvantaged or at risk of becoming involved in crime. Each of the services that we support is voluntary, as families work with them to make life better for themselves. All services have policies, which ensure those children, and young people are treated with respect.

An important aspect of our role is listening to the views of children, young people, carers and parents. So far these views have influenced which services have been developed, how these have worked and who has delivered them.

Looking at the longer term, we work closely with our partners to help to develop strategies to support families before problems become long standing and difficult to resolve. This work will help to ensure that in the long term Wirral's resources are used in the best possible way to prevent family stress and social exclusion.

If you have any questions or comments about the services we support or the work we do contact 0151 644 4510 or email childrensfund-Ontrack@wirral.gov.uk
