Brief description of service:

Sessional care and education for children aged 2 to 5 years.

Holy Trinity Pre-school operates each weekday during school term times and provides pre-school education to children from 2 years. The Pre-school is validated by Wirral Children and Young People’s Department under the Government’s Nursery Education Grant scheme which gives free places to all 3 and 4 year olds (up to 5 sessions of 2½ hours per week).

The Pre-school has received excellent OFSTED reports and is led by highly qualified and experienced teaching staff in spacious, well-resourced facilities. It provides a curriculum based on “Birth to Three Matters” and Foundation Stage 1 of the National Curriculum (to be replaced by the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum next September).
