Description of Service:
Provides information, advice and support to children of alcoholics and people concerned with their welfare.
NACOA’s central work is a free national helpline (0800 3583456) to provide information, advice and support to children of alcoholics and those concerned for their welfare. This includes children of alcoholics of all ages, many of whose problems only become apparent in adulthood. The service also sends out individually tailored information packs including resources leaflets and posters to individuals and organisations and can give presentations to schools, youth groups and other organisations. We also have media and research panels.
