The leisure pool and kiddies' lagoon offer an exciting range of water features including two breath taking water flume rides, the spectacular 'Beach Breakers' wave pool, geyser and water cannons. For a more relaxed time try the invigorating poolside spas and pool side cafeteria. The separate 25-metre training pool offers top quality facilities for the more serious swimmer. The Progressive Fitness Suite has fully qualified instructors on duty at all time, with high tech fitness equipment available to the serious minded, while the steam room offers a more relaxed approach to health.

Induction is required. Modern cardiovascular equipment, weight training machines with a free weights facility.

Fusion
Wednesday 7.30pm - 8.30pm, Thursday 7.25pm - 8.25pm
Body toning. This activity must be pre-booked, contact centre.

Health Suite - Steam Room
Monday - Friday 7.30am - 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 6pm. Last admission 1 hour before.
Relax in our modern purpose built steam room. Swimwear is required.

Revolutions
Tuesday 7.30pm - 8.15pm,  Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.15pm, Thursday 6.30pm - 7.15pm, Friday 5.30pm - 6.15pm
This activity must be pre-booked contact centre. Revolutions is a static cycle based exercise class (previously known as spinning). It is a "high impact" session suitable for those who are used to regular moderate to intense exercise. Invigor8 customers can book eight days in advance.
