Swimming Pools

There are six swimming pools operated by the council which provide a range of water based activities from water slides and crashing waves to relaxing swimming sessions.

Each of the pools or sports centres listed offer a range of water activity sessions.

Swim Wirral is the brand name of the 'Learn to Swim' programme available at all 6 pools. The programme is designed around the Amatuer Swimming Associations National Plan for teaching swimming and offer high quality teaching and structured progression.
