Wirral Council does not currently have an arts development officer.
If you are involved with a community or voluntary group putting on a cultural or arts event, project or related activity during Liverpool’s year as European Capital of Culture in 2008, the new Wirral – Culture for All campaign can help with small grants, a resource pack and free publicity.
