Charter for Mental Health in Employment
Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council, Cheshire County Council and Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Trust commissioned the Charter for Mental Health in Employment. These organisations wish to work together to actively seek to recruit people currently under represented in their workforce, this includes people with a disability.
This Charter should be used in conjunction with other pertinent organisational policies such as the Council's Equality and Diversity Policy, Recruitment and Retention Policy and Absence Management Policy.
