Welcome To Wirral
Housing
All Council housing is now owned and managed by Wirral Partnership Homes and Beechwood and Ballantyne Community Housing Association, who are both Registered Social Landlords. They manage approximately 14,500 properties throughout Wirral.
As a Council, we are committed to meeting the housing needs of Wirral to make sure that good-quality housing and housing services are available to everyone who lives in the area. In partnership with local housing providers and other community services, we're working to create and improve neighbourhood conditions to support healthy, confident and sustainable communities.
