Who are we?
The Homemovers team has been established by Newheartlands – see www.newheartlands.co.uk - to provide support to residents affected by clearance action. The Wirral team, as shown below, has four Home Ownership Advisory Officers whose primary role is to help residents living in clearance areas in Wirral to retain their home owner status and to assist with the rehousing of people into new homes.

What can I expect from the Homemovers Service?

The Home Ownership Advisory Officers can provide you with as much or as little support as you require to help you to move house. Officers can explain to you about the clearance procedure, compensation you may be entitled to, possible financial assistance and your future housing options. Visits can be made in your own home (or at another suitable alternative venue if preferred) to answer any questions you may have.
