Housing applications - Wirralhomes
Wirralhomes is a partnership between the council and 12 partner Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to give
greater choice to people looking to move to social rented accommodation. These landlords let most of the properties through Wirralhomes which is a Choice Based Lettings Service
All available property is advertised each week in the Wirral Globe, local housing offices, One Stop Shops, partner RSL offices and on the internet.
Once you are registered with Wirralhomes, you can apply for a maximum of 2 properties each week. Most properties are allocated to applicants who have an urgent need for housing. Some properties are allocated to applicants who have been waiting the longest.

To apply for a property the applicant needs to be registered on Wirralhomes database. This can be done by calling in at any One Stop Shop, contacting Wirralhomes on 0151 691 8040 , or by completing an application form
which can be obtained through Wirralhomes or at any One Stop Shop.
