The Environment Agency regulate larger installations that have emissions to air, land and water (A1 installations), the local authority regulate smaller processes that have emissions to air, land and water (A2 installations) and Part B processes that have emissions to air only. Further details of all these processes, contained in a Public Register, are held by Pollution Control and can be viewed at Wallasey Town Hall, Wallasey by calling between 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
