The Public Rights of Way User Group Forum is made up of members of the public representing various user group organisations (walking, cycling and horse riding etc).
The function of the Forum is to provide an opportunity for such organisations to discuss with Council Officers issues affecting the use and enjoyment of the public rights of way network on Wirral.
