Property demolition - council tenants responsibilities

All Council housing is now owned and managed by Wirral Partnership Homes and Beechwood and Ballantyne Community Housing Association, who are both Registered Social Landlords.

They manage approximately 14,500 properties throughout Wirral. If you are now tenants of either of the housing associations and you have any problems or queries regarding your tenancy, please use the contact details below.
