Study Support
Study support is part of the core offer of the Extended Schools agenda and is a basic entitlement for all children and young people.
Study support can take place in a variety of settings, both within the school environment and the wider community; for example in libraries, museums, youth centres and sports clubs, 365 days a year; to include school holidays. The key purpose is to raise achievement, enrich pupils’ learning experience and to tackle social exclusion.
