School Meals
Metro Catering Services provides over 20,000 free/paid meals daily to primary and secondary schools in Wirral and is dedicated in is maintenance of high quality, balanced, healthy, nutritious foods to pupils complying with all legislative requirements
We also cater for meals on wheels and luncheon club services to over 7,000 residents of Wirral 365 days a year. Employ over 850 staff who play an integral part in the successful delivery of all our services.

Metro Catering Services work closely with various agencies including Wirral Health Authority, Health Links, Wirral Health Promoting Schools, Primary Care Trusts, Community Dental, Nutrition and Dietetic Services in the promotion of its school meals service.
Consultation takes place regarding menu content, food quality, nutritional balance and is reviewed on a regular basis.
