Access keys are a function within internet browsers (versions 4 and above) which allow people with disabilities to navigate through a website using their keyboard.

By using access keys we hope to make our site more accessible. If you experience any problems using the site please contact us on 0151 606 2000.

Usage:

  • Within Microsoft Internet Explorer 4: hold the Alt key and press the number/letter of the relevant access key.
  • Within Microsoft Internet Exporer 5 and above: hold the Alt key and press the number/letter of the relevant access key and then press return.
  • Within Mozilla based browsers: hold the Alt key and press the number/letter of the relevant access key.
