The Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places (Parliamentary Elections) Regulations 2006
The statutory review of polling districts and places is now concluded. There are no changes to polling district boundaries and one change of polling place.

We are required to undertake a full review of polling districts and places every four years however Wirral continuously review the voting arrangements and comments or suggestions can be made at any time to the above address.
Following the conclusion of the local authority’s review individuals have a right to make representations to the Electoral Commission. Representations to the Commission should be made within six weeks.
The Commission will only consider representations that the review process has not been conducted correctly, has failed to meet the reasonable requirements of the electors in the constituency or has failed to take sufficient account of accessibility to disabled persons of the polling stations within a polling place.
