Welcome To Wirral

Wirral Citizens' Panel

The Council set up a Citizens' Panel in November 1999 in partnership with the Police and the Health Authority.

The Panel has 2,400 members from every walk of life and from every area of the borough. They each receive a questionnaire every three months plus a newsletter telling them the results of the previous surveys and how these have been acted on. Survey questions cover things like satisfaction with Council services, general quality of life, community safety, transport, streetscene, contacting the council and health. The answers are used to measure how well services are being delivered and to show where improvements can be made. For more information about Wiral Citizens' Panel, call 691 8027.
