Complaints about Councillors
From 8 May 2008 the Standards Committee of the Council will be responsible for considering complaints that a member or co-opted member of Wirral Council may have breached the Code of Conduct for Members.
If you want to complain about the conduct of a member or co-opted member of Wirral Council, you must submit your complaint to the Council’s Monitoring Officer. To make a complaint you will have to complete the necessary complaint form and provide any evidence you have to substantiate your complaint. The form can also be obtained from the Council’s Monitoring Officer or any One Stop Shop.
