Complaints about Social Services
Complaints relating to Social Services, either Adult or Children's Services are governed by specific legislation, and therefore do not fall under the Council's Complaint Procedure.
If you wish to make a complaint relating to the Department of Adult Social Services, you can do so by

Complaints about services not run by the Council (such as independent residential homes, day care provision and home care agencies) should be dealt with through the providers' own complaints procedures.
