Charter of Participation for Children and Young People in Wirral
The Charter of Participation for Children and Young People in Wirral was launched at Wirral Town Hall on November 25th 2005. Hundreds of children and young people in Wirral have helped to produce the Charter.
The Wirral Children and Young People’s Strategic Partnership wants all organisations to build participation into their strategic planning and service delivery. The Charter of Participation has been developed locally to support this process and to help ensure that children and young people will play an increasingly important role in Wirral organisations. It should be regarded as guidance to help your organisation determine what participation means to you, what you are doing well, and what you need to do in the future.
