Fines - supervision of payment
Fine Supervision Orders are imposed by the Courts to allow supervision of payment of fines by Criminal Justice Social Workers.
Offenders subject to Orders are:
- Provided with welfare benefits advice and advocacy to ensure that their income is maximised.
- Provided with any other advice required to assist with management of income and payment of the Fine.
- Provided with access to any other Social Work services which the offender or his/her family may require.
