Childminders must be registered and inspected by the Office for Standards in Education (OfSTED) at least every 24 months. Anyone wishing to become a childminder is advised to call Wirral Children’s Information Service for information on the registration process and the support available from Wirral SureStart Support Team.

premises to child care, or if it is your intention to care for four or more
