Licence - performing animals
Wirral Council does not allow animals to be used in any circuses of other performance situations that it is asked to licence.
It does allow circuses on its land, but only if there are no animals involved. Permission has to be granted for these circuses - call 0151 637 6008 or 0151 637 6218.
