You can pay for a Council bills or invoice in any of the following ways. You will need to have your invoice or reference number to hand.

On-line

Online payments can be made to the Council by following the link below:

By Phone

By phoning our 24 hour automated payment line on 0151 606 2345.

At a One Stop Shop or Information Point

By credit or debit card only.

You can also pay in the following ways at these limited locations.

• By cash at Birkenhead one stop shop only.

• By cheque using the drop-off boxes at all our one stop shops (except Bromborough, Hoylake, Liscard and Upton)

By Paypoint

You can pay in cash up to the value of £200.oo at any Paypoint outlet using a bar coded bill.

Many local shops are Paypoint outlets; use the link to find your nearest one.

By Cheque

By sending your cheque to the address on your invoice. Please ensure that you quote the number on your invoice.

By Post Office

Cash, cheque and debit card payments up to the value of £999.99 may be made at any Post Office using a bar coded bill.
