Instrumental Provision - Assisted Purchase
The Service offers an assisted purchase scheme that enables parents/carers to purchase a musical instrument through the council at a reduced cost.
Instruments purchased through the scheme benefit of having zero rated VAT. Instruments can be purchased over one year interest free. A £5 administration fee is added to each purchase.
The scheme is available to all students who have tuition with a Music Service teacher. The Service makes no profit from the scheme.
