Council Tax Information
Information that you provide to us will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. As an Authority, we have a duty to protect the public funds which we administer and we may use the information held about you for the prevention and detection of fraud. This may include, but not be limited to, matching Council Tax data with Electoral Registration records.
The Council may also use the information you provide for the purpose of performing any of its statutory enforcement duties. When necessary we may share this information with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds.
