Wirral Register Office is not currently part of the Nationality Checking Service (NCS).
However, the service is provided by Liverpool City Council, ring 0151 233 3000, or Chester City Council, whose Citizenship Support Officer can be contacted on Thursdays on telephone number 01244 603761. Alternatively you can contact the Home Office directly on 0845 010 5200
