Housing Benefit and Council Tax matters can be dealt with at the following offices. You can also make payments at these offices by debit or credit card. Office opening times are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00pm unless stated otherwise.

Further ways to make payments
Where there is no payment facility, the following options are available:
- Birkenhead One Stop Shop, Conway Centre.
- Debit and Credit Card payments at all One Stop Shops.
- Cash and cheque payments at Post Offices using a bar coded bill.
